REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. ABOUT OUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Our products are digital in PDF format, delivered in a instant and automatic after confirmation of your payment.

You will receive your file in 3 different forms:

  1. Download directly from the store - available immediately in your shopping area;
  2. E-mail - sent automatically to the e-mail address registered;
  3. WhatsApp - automatic reception on your cell phone.

(Remember to enter your WhatsApp number correctly with the area code of your region)

IMPORTANT: Because they are digital products of immediate access and consumption, The specific return rules set out in the Consumer Protection Code apply.


2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (ARTICLE 49 OF THE CDC)

According to Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/90), you have the right to regret the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days upon receipt of the product, provided that you have NOT accessed, downloaded or viewed the contents of the PDF file.

This means

YOU CAN request a full refund if you give up within 7 days SEM have opened, downloaded or viewed the file.

NO refunds possible if you have already accessed, downloaded or viewed the content of the PDF, the digital product has already been consumed.

Why is that?

Digital PDF products are immediate consumption. By opening or downloading the file, you have already had full access to the content, which makes it impossible to “return” it, unlike physical products that can be returned. This understanding is supported by Brazilian case law and international legislation on digital products.


3. WHEN YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND

We will refund you in full in the following situations:

Failure to receive the product:

  • If you haven't received the file by none of the 3 channels (store, e-mail or WhatsApp) within 48 hours after payment confirmation;
  • If there is a technical failure that prevents downloading or access to the material;
  • If the file is corrupted, unreadable or won't open.

Error in the delivered product:

  • If the product received is different from what was advertised in the purchase description;
  • If there is an error in the file sent (wrong or incomplete file).

Proven technical problems:

  • If you are unable to access the material due to our fault.

In other words: having a problem with your delivery or access to the product, get in touch as soon as possible and our support team will help you resolve your situation!


4. WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE

NO we accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

After accessing, downloading or viewing the contents of the PDF file (product already consumed);
Requests made after the 7-day deadline without valid justification provided for by law;
Claims of “I didn't like the content” or “it wasn't what I expected” after accessing the material;
Error in e-mail or WhatsApp registration informed by the customer;
Sharing the file with third parties.

Remember: digital products no are like physical products that can be returned. Once you've accessed the content, there's no way to “return” the information, just as you can't return a movie after watching it or a physical book after reading it completely.


5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

If you fall within the valid refund situations above, follow these steps:

  • Order number
  • Registration e-mail
  • Detailed reason for request

Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 (seven) working days, using the same payment method as the purchase.


6. DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR FILE?

Before requesting a refund, check:

Spam/ junk mail box from your e-mail - sometimes our e-mail can land there;
WhatsApp number - check that you have entered your region's area code correctly;
Your store account - go to proflidianiflorencio.store and log in to download directly;
Wait up to 48 hours - in some cases processing can take several hours.

If after these checks you still haven't received it, please contact us immediately! Our support team is ready to help you and make sure you receive your material.
